Christian Kane

Christian was born in Dallas, Texas and, with his family, moved around before finally settling in Norman, Oaklahoma where he attended University. When he wasn't studying, Christian could be found nuturing his love for the entertainment industry by performing in clubs.

He eventually set off for L.A. and here worked behind the scenes before landing his first TV role. Christian appeared as Lindsey McDonald, a lawyer at Wolfram and Hart in the very first episode of Angel. When the producers decided to enhance the theme of the evillaw firm, Christian came back and, dispite his dislike of wearing suits, became a recurring character throughout the first two seasons of the show. When creator Joss Whedon, asked him to come back for what would be Angel's final season, Christian was reluctant as first, but Joss assured him the role would be much different than before and he agreed.

Since Angel ended, Christian has continued working, starring in Steven Spielberg's western mini-series, 'Into the West', and appearing in several films, tow of which are due out this year. As well as all this, Christian has been performing and recording with his band, Kane, who recently won New Country Star Band of the year and Star of the year for 2006.

Trivia

Christian originally auditioned for the role of Riley Finn on Buffy.

Chris went on to appear in 'Summer Catch' alongside Marc Blucas, who got the role of Buffy's Season Four love interest, Riley, and Freddie Prinze Jnr - Sarah Michelle Gellar's real life boyfriend (now husband).

Other than lead, David Boreanaz, Christian is the only actor to appear in the first and last epiosdes of Angel.

Kate

Elizabeth was bron in Dusseldorf, Germany to parents Eberhhard Rohm and Lisa Loverde. Her family moved to New York whn she was just one. After attending Saint Andrew's Sewanee boarding school in Tennesse she headed to Miami to model. She went on to stufy writing and European History at Sarah Lawrence, which is where she discovered a passion for acting.

Elisabeth first appeared in the second episode of Angel as Detective Kate Lockley and became a regular gues start throughout Season One and Two. She left on gaining a more regular job on popular procedural daram, Law & Order, as A.D.A Serena Southerlyn.

Elisabeth's other passion is horse riding and she once dreamed of becoming a professional rider. her other hobbies include skiing, traveling and architecture.

Trivia

Elisabeth has written a novel about a 21 year old Scottish woman whose husband commits suicide.

Jeremy

Jeremy was born in Modesto, California and moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting carerr after leaving college. His first break came in 1995 when he landed a leading role in National Lampoon's Senior TRip. He went on to appear in many TV and independant movies, winning an award for his portrayal of serial killer and cannibal, Dahmer in 2002.

Jeremy continues to act both on screen and in the theatre and in 2005 had no less than three films showing at the Toronto Film Festival, 'North Country', 'A Little Trip to Heaven' and 'Twelve and Holding'. 2007 has three films in store for Jeremy fans, 'Take', 'The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford', and '28 Weeks Later'.

When not acting Jeremy likes writing and recording music and has written songs for Warner Chapel Publishing and Universal Publishing.

Trivia

Before landing the role of Penn on Angel, Jeremy already knew lead David Boreanaz as they shared acting classes together.

Bai Ling

Bai Ling (also known as Ling Bai) was born in the Szechwan province of China. At the age of 14 she enlisted in the Chinese People's Liberation Army where she spent three years in a performance troop entertaining soldiers stationed in Tibet. On completing her service Bai performed at a local theatre in Beijing and appeared in two Chinese films, Shan chan feng yue and Arc Light.

In 1989 she was involved in the Pro-Democracy protests in Tianamen Square and as a result fled to the USA in 1991 where, despite not being able to speak a word of English, it didn't take her long to find work. Bai has appeared in many prolific films including the Crow and Anna and the Kind. Her role as a pragmatic Chinese People's lawyer in Red Corder has prevented her from returning to her home country.

Bai continues to work, having had four films out in 2006 and a further four due out in 2007.

Trivia

Bai appeared on the front cover of Playboy in June 2005 and was the first woman from the People's Republic of China to do so.

Stephanie Romanov

Stephanie was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. She started her career as a model at the age of 15 when she was discovered by Elite Modeling agent John Casablancas. Her career took her first to Europe where she shot fashion layouts for Italian and French Bazaar, she then moved to New York where she appeared in Elle, Vanity Fair and French Vogue.

Stephanie moved to L.A. and gave up modelling for a career in acting, ironically her first major role was in Aaron Spelling's Models Inc. Since then she continued to get guest starring TV roles and appear in movies, including Thirteen Days, before landing the role of evil lawyer Lilah Morgan in the first season of Angel, a role that would continue for 4 seasons.

Trivia

Stephanie can speak fluent Russian and believes that she is a descendant of the Russion nobility. She is also known for her ability to do many accents.

As well as being a model and actor, Stephanie is a dancer

In 2006 Stephanie gave birth to her first child, Lily.
